Pros: When we got to Seville wa have been charched extra money because we arrived after 11. Quite right, but when asked to an agent of yours he didn't tell us. Furthermore the Europa cars told us that the insurance bought through you was not valid with them. In case of problem we would have paid them and then ask you to have the money back.
Cons: The lady at the desk was really rude. She also tried to do upselling. We would accept that but we didn't as she was so rude and didn't provide with the information we asked for.

Cons: I had to go back to the kiosk because the car I was given wasn’t even in its place. I then went back and had to wait a long time to switch out the car on papers. Furthermore, the agent tried to sell me a hybrid by lying about the amount of money I’d spend on gas. It was clearly a scare tactic and I didn’t appreciate it. I would absolutely not recommend this service or agency to anyone in the future. Also, at time of drop off the signs were so unclear that it took us over an hour to find it.
