Pros: Helpful and efficient when our vehicle was broken into and the spare wheel stolen. Replacement vehicle quickly organised - but it too had problems.
Cons: Original car had a front tyre at 19psi instead of 32! Pumped it up - then OK but tyres had not been checked. 2) windscreen washer tank empty, first time I tried to wash screen just smeared with dead insects! Slow 35km drive to next garage. Replacement car washers empty after 1 day and bonnet couldn’t be opened!! Had to carry bottles of water with me! Front tyres down to wear indicators! All these are safety related -should have been checked. No one waiting in arrivals for us as stated on booki

Pros: Friendly crew. Great value. Perfect little car for the city.
Cons: Very difficult to find (although I understand they are working to have a new office). Not a set location to pick up / drop off. No car rental signs anywhere.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything. No one showed up to give me my car. No one answered when I called the number provided. I had to wait over 2 hours before ever getting an update and another 2 hours after that before finally giving up on you. I have used Europcar in the past and this experience will most likely be my last.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.
There is no maximum age.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English, Portugese, Spanish.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
