Pros: I paid for the extra insurance when I booked the car but when I picked it up. Europcar said that they don’t accept that and tried to tip me off with a more expensive option. Which I didn’t take. Do that meant I wasn’t comfortable with my wife driving so that was another €75 wasted.

Pros: It is close to the airport.
Cons: Lucas tried to sell me products I wasn't interested in - he even tried to sell me a Tesla! I was overcharged by more than 100%! I wasn't instructed on how to recharge the car or given a tag. The charging stations in Puy-L'Eveque and Mercius didn't work. I lost a day of my holiday searching for charging stations - it was very stressful. At the end, I had to charge it at my flat with huge difficulty. I hope to get a credit that is fair.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1900.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Compact, Standard, Luxury, Intermediate, Fullsize, Compact Elite a driver license valid for at least 3 years is required.
For vehicles in groups Premium a driver license valid for at least 5 years is required.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
