Pros: Very friendly and informative staff.
Cons: Extremely poor customer support via email. I reported that I was unable to reach the rental desk by phone (rapid busy signal), a day prior to travel, and on the day of pickup. I had to take a taxi, at my expense, to the Europcar pickup. The staff member acknowledged a phone system problem, but Europcar did not bother to provide an alternate phone number. The responses from Europcar email customer support was completely useless. They did not even provide a customer service phone number.
Pros: I shortened my original car rental time & received my discount within days.
Cons: They are a very popular car rental company so do download the app, reserve in advance & arrive early to claim your car. They do need more agents at peak times so expect to wait a few more minutes for service as there can be line ups for car pickup/drop off.

Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Third Party Liability (TPL), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft protection (TP) can be declined, if the renter can provide his/her own insurance.
In case the customer does not have one of the insurances, mentioned above, the customer will need to purchase insurance at the counter.

The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Cash, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
