Upon arrival Please Proceed to the Fox Rent a Car location. Arriving into Terminals 2, 3, or 4, exit baggage claim and proceed to the PHX Sky Train. Ride the train to the PHX Rental Car Center. Once you arrive at the car rental facility, look for the Fox Rent A Car signs and go directly to the counter.

Pros: Not much due to the miss-selling of a product the agent knew we wouldn't need. If were re-imbersed for the cost of the sat-nave then my opinion would be favourable. We did like the car.
Cons: The fact we were miss-sold upgrades we didn't need and returned the car with half a tank but were not credited for this. The people we dealt with in Phoenix were charming and friendly but clearly motivated to up-sell insurance and other products rather than provide a high level of customer service

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Renters Liability Protection (RLP), Vehicle registration fee.
Rate excludes
It is possible to purchase prepaid tolls.
Prepaid tolls are available for 11.49 USD per day.
If the customer declines Prepaid Toll Service, a penalty of 15.00 USD for each toll used in addition to the cost for each paid or unpaid toll will apply.
Please note that the prepaid toll service will cover only roads operated by the PlatePass Tolling Network. In case of driving on Non-PlatePass roads, the renter will be liable for any toll, or related fines, fees, or penalties incurred during the rental period, and the renter will be charged an administrative fee of 15 USD per toll (up to maximum of 90 USD per rental).
All additional services and extras purchased at the counter are subject to concession and state taxes.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
