Pros: Friendly staff in Baden Baden when picking up the car. Quite a quick process.
Cons: We felt we had to take a manual car even though we’d booked automatic as they said they didn’t have one to offer us. This meant a more challenging drive as I’d never driven a left hand drive manual before. It also meant a flare-up of a knee complaint. Dropping the car in Berlin (Alexanderplatz) was not a great experience. Having found the office, and queued for some time, I was then directed to drop the car in a car park that I missed and had to drive round a busy part of Berlin looking for.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 2000 km per rental, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: € 1050.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

At the time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental.

Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The maximum rental period per agreement is 56 days.
