Pros: Cheap.
Cons: Upon returning the car, they have claimed that I scratched the car whilst it was out with me. Have not given back my excesss (800 euros) and are not responding to emails or picking up the phone. Left in limbo without any idea what the process is going to be. Meanwhile, my credit card is 800 euro down and I'm not sure if they'll give that back. Read a lot of reviews AFTER I took the car out, and saw a similar trend. Europcar in Malta will 'find a new scratch' and charge you 125 euro for it.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1650.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
Maximum rental age is 70 years.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.

Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
