Cons: Inefficient process. Much too long waiting time. Tried to blame me for a damage which I could prove it was already there at time of rental. Fortunately I had taken a photo which proved it. The protocol did not contain the scratch even though we explicitly talked about it during inspection at the beginning.

Pros: Arrived earlier than was stated in booking details, before opening hours, but pick-up car and person was arranged quickly according to phone request and our car was already prepared and waiting for us. Paper work was completed fast.

Cons: Office out of the airport terminal is tiny (not really sure that office is meant for customers), but super-frienly staff compensates this little inconvenience.

Rate includes

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 645.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications.

Driver requirements

Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 61.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, ID card, credit card on a main drivers name.

Deposit and deductible policy

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

Optional extras and services

Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

It is allowed to add up to 2 additional drivers.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.

Fuel policy

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Driving restrictions will apply to certain locations. More information will be available at the rental desk.

Business hours

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 30 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 30 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
