Pros: I got a better car than I ordered for the same money. The car is new, they just removed the nylon from the seats.
Cons: Very dry and unfriendly Europcar staff. It was very unpleasant to communicate with them.

Cons: We received contradictory information about how much we had to pay and when and are still in the dark. The car was also larger than requested, so more cumbersome.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: € 1200.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

Driver licenses from Cameroon, China, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Honduras, Kosovo, Libya, Nepal, Nicaragua, Sudan, Tanzania, Yemen, Afganistan, Indonesia, Bolivia, North Korea, Tonga are not accepted.
An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English, German.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

At the time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental.
