Pros: Dropping of the car
Cons: The employers are so useless! They gave me an electric car even though I said I didn't want one. They said it was in the reservation, but that wasn't clear at all. And then they didn't even give me the card to charge the car! They said I could change the car in Siegsdorf, so I drove 150 km to do that, but it was a total waste of time. I had technical problems with the car, so I called your hotline and they said they'd send someone, but they never did. I ended up driving to 5 Europcar offices in

Pros: The rep was very quick to get us on the road. Asked about adding coverage but we informed him we already had CDW from Discover Cars and no problems.
Cons: Upon returning the car, the rep pointed to the rims and fortunately, I had taken pictures when I picked up the car. Then she said their was a scratch about .75 cm on the trunk lip (I doubt I put it there as we only used the trunk for small shopping bags). I informed her that we had CDW and said ok.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 2000 km per rental, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: € 950.00), Third Party Liability (TPL).

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Economy, Compact, Mini, Economy Elite, Compact Elite a driver license issued at least 1 years ago is required.
For vehicles in groups Standard, Luxury, Intermediate, Premium, Fullsize, SUVs, Cabrios, Special a driver license issued at least 3 years ago is required. Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license. In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill).

Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
