Pros: Provided upgraded car.
Cons: Wish Munich agent told me it was diesel as I could have used more information on the AdBlue requirement. Also, change oil light was on for entire trip. Would have preferred that an agent checked the condition of the car with me when I picked it up. The Europcar app to report damage was cumbersome and the garage did not have cell service. Still only minor issues as I was happy with the rental.

Cons: I did not enjoy any part of the service provided by Europe car because I had to wait in line for 5 hours, yes, 5 whole hours to pick up my car. We had to cancel tours and readjust all travel plans because of this.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 2000 km per rental, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: € 950.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.
There is no maximum age.

For vehicles in groups Economy, Compact, Mini, Economy Elite, Compact Elite a driver license issued at least 1 years ago is required.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

The maximum rental period per agreement is 56 days.
