Pros: They spend mire than 3 hours to pick up the carthe time that i wait to pickvup, because thei had informatic problems, they don't manage one solution for almost 3 hours, i loose myctime on holidays... all the afternoon
Pros: only the drop-off
Cons: no remote support, it took hours to get an response by phone and even in this case, it was not useful. they were very unpolite and gave us a car with some problem but denied that was the case.
Pros: The agent Haron was very nice to us.
Cons: The car were in very bad condition. we change our plane because the car condition. We change and didnt go for trips we plane, actually we drove in 3 days about 130 km only.

Pros: с одной стороны - быстрое получение и сдача без придирательств, но с другой стороны - я сам не использовал платные дороги, не нарушал правила, не попадал в дтп и не портил машину, т. е. не знаю как бы дело обстояло в случае каких-то проблем

Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Licences issued in China are not accepted.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi, Cell phone, Cell phone, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Cash is not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
