Pros: Return of the car was very fast. Picking up the car was slow and required wait because all their systems were down.
Cons: The car's lock system was not working properly, so randomly you would not be able to lock or unlock the car fully. Only the driver's seat would be able to be locked/unlocked. This made parking somewhat dangerous, and our stuff at risk of theft. But the car overall performance (apart from the locks) was good.

Cons: Tires were a bit soft, but not sure if that’s because they needed to be like that specifically in Iceland due to roads
Cons: The car was a bit dirty inside and outsite - outside was specially concerning as it could potentially hide any dents or other marks that occured before our rental.
Pros: The pick up was easy, but I had to check the car for any scrapes. I found one and let the rep know. He took a photo and said he would put it with the contract and send me a copy. I’ve yet to receive a copy of the contract!! I have no paperwork!! The car was great! No issues at all and it drove very well.
Cons: The explanations for return were lacking. No one was in Akureyri airport despite the business hours being 8:00 - 17:00. They could invent anything and I have no copy of the contract!! They said they would email it to me, but I haven’t received anything!! Very poor customer service.
Cons: I found price really high in comparison with other destination in europe

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 21.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Cash, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
During winter season (from 14.10 until 14.04) Winter tires are included in price. Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 30 minutes.
