Cons: Poor range of cars on offer for our needs (two people, short distance, little luggage). We wanted a small car, and had to accept larger than we needed (forced to order a Kia Sportage type). Then on pick-up that type was unavailable and we had to accept a compulsory "upgrade" to a Ford Ranger, which was very much not what we wanted. The very high one-way drop-off fee made the overall cost poor value for money.

Pros: Very easy to deal with. No fuss great value car rental.
Cons: Only one issue at Wellington ferry port. Drop off location wasn't well sign posted and in a shared industrial area. There weren't any staff on site making the process a bit complex.

Driver requirements

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Ski rack, Snow chains, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
