Pros: Dropping of the car was easy.
Cons: They didn’t give the car that I reserved but force selled something else. Then I end up with car that was the same size but almost twice the cost.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: We had to wait for an hour then the representative was pushy and deliberately misled us that we needed a bigger car and kept on talking with an large queue behind us until we caved in and went for the car they suggested. I only did so as we were told it was an upgrade to automatic when we got to the car it was manual! Very unhappy with the whole experience.

Cons: Difficult to drop off, not informed as to where I should park it before hand or when I arrived, was asked to move from the bay I picked it up from (Bay 31) the male representative could have done this himself The car has a bearing whine noise, not a safe car you hired me to honest, I reported this to the check in girl.

Pros: Fast, simple, no fucking around
Cons: The car was crashed, but that's the problem of all rent-a-car providers on Tenerife, they lend you tainted cars, back bumpers, front bumpers, doors etc.

Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.

Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.

The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
