Pick-up instructions
1. After passing through the automatic doors at the Arrivals Terminal, turn right.
2. Follow the signs pointing towards P4.
3. Walk until you reach the airport entrance near the taxi area.
4. As you exit, the taxi stand will be right in front of you.
5. Turn right again and you’ll see a set of stairs and a ramp.
6. Go down the stairs or the ramp and continue straight along the sidewalk.
7. Follow the signs still pointing towards P4.
8. When you reach the crosswalk, cross to the right.
9. Keep walking straight along the sidewalk until you see a yellow arch on your right.
10. The arch will be marked with a sign for P4. This is the meeting point for the free shuttle that will take you to Europcar new office.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
