Pros: As we had three different cars, the service was variable each time. The first two experiences were very positive as the personnel were friendly and helpful whereas the third time was stressful as Europcar took two bonds from us as they said they had no trace of the first one. Despite written proof that the money had been taken out of our account, they wouldn't let us take the car until we had paid a second bond.
Cons: I have explained previously about the attitude of the personnel on our third rental in Chile.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: ~€ 2360.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications.

An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle. If the customer takes the following extra equipment: Crossing borders, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
