Pros: Nothing can impress me on this car rental company
Cons: 1. the fuel gauge and other indicators were not working, as no displays. Hence, need to pump petrol frequently, as could not see the fuel indicator. Was told car was in full tank, but when pump in petrol immediately after obtaining the car, an almost 20L more to go in. Trust was not there 2. car was not in clean condition. could see stains on car seat

Cons: No rental desk or counter at the Penang Airport. Have to contact the agent and go to a meeting point to pick up car.

Cons: Have told during booking that drop off at different location. When collecting the vehicle , also told agents about it but she insist must return at the airport. Very disappointed with the arrangement.
