Pros: Drop off was efficient . The boot information could be shared better. I could have brought a couple of luggage more but the information given was that it can only fit 1luggage. Apparently it could fit at least 2-3luggage.
Cons: Car pick took quite a while. Car was alittle noisy. The solar film seems to be not well done. Can hear brittle sound when bringing down the window.

Cons: Picking up the car took so long as they didnt prepare the docs by the time I arrived. And noticed for some booking they have prepared in advance and they pick up the car earlier than me despite coming after me. The car was old and not in very good condition with lot of noise and the battery was in poor condition that the car struggles to start if you keep hazard lights on for two minutes when the engine is not running. Second time renting from Europcar, both times the condition of car is bad.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
