Cons: We paid 2x the normal price for the car just because we didn't physically have a credit card with us. In our country it is common to call any payment card a credit card, but when renting a car this year we did not have a credit card but a debit card, which was the biggest problem for the rental company. Cons: 1. It is difficult to find a car pick-up point. 2. If you don't have a credit card, you have to pay an additional fee. It was written in the order that you will have to pay 20 per day. Upon arrival, it turned out that you have to pay 35 EUR per day. 3. An additional day was charged even though the car was returned ahead of time. 4. A EUR 30 fee was charged when the car was returned during non-working hours. 5. The inside of the car was not completely clean. The seats were dirty.

Pros: I rented a car from Trapani airport in Sicily. It was very convenient to pick up the car from the parking lot. The car was previously booked and insured. No one tried to sell additional insurance yet. The car is new, neat, clean, very comfortable. I got the car that I had selected earlier. Returning the car was also very convenient. I left the car in the same parking lot where I got it and put the keys in the agreed place. I will continue to use the service of the same company.

Pros: I wouldn't call it service

Cons: We were text ahead of time with a list of things required. They failed to mention they needed a credit card in Mrs name which doesn't exist..the booking was made on Mr's credit card, who was also a driver on the car. For some reason this red tape required we pay an extra 110. We are beyond disappointed

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1500.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 76.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
