Pros: Met a particular need - due to particular circumstances, knew arrival/pickup time would be after midnight - often experienced difficulty in the past arranging for rental car pickup at such a time. This service provided that with seemingly no complications or extra cost. Also enjoyed the "personal" aspect of getting an individual "valet" pick up and drop off at airport curbside. Car was nice, new, clean, had sufficient level of functional technology built in, spacious enough for needs.

Cons: EXTREMELY confusing that the reception desk was not co-located based on pick-up and return. VERY difficult time managing drop-off/return. VERY frustrated that it seemed adjoining office had 6-8 personnel doing "nothing", meanwhile bottleneck dependent on a single staff member for drop-off, filing, payment, and valet return to airport - and having to wait on him from other customer pickup. Over 45 minute delay for what should have been less than 5 minutes.

Pros: Absolutely filthy car. Dirt and grime in the door wells, cup holders, seats, and throughout interior. Steering wheel held together with duck tape. Check tire light on. Creaks and noises from engine while driving. Horrible experience renting my car.

Cons: The pessimal quality of the vehicle caused me to return it early. It was undrivable and made my family feel unsafe to ride inside. It was so dirty that it soiled our clothes to sit in its interior.

Cons: The fact that when I went to drop off my car no one was there and I literally had to leave car with keys in the middle console and walk 1.6 miles to the airport. NOT HAPPY.

Cons: No Sat Nav despite ordering and paying for one, suggested I buy one from the local Walmart, knackered old car, engine management light on, windscreen wiper didn't work, incompetent staff.Wasted two hours waiting for the car that wasn't ready and was initially told the booking had been cancelled.

Cons: We called the car company at 11:47 for a shuttle from the airport. I called again at 12:42 since we waited for almost an hour with no one to pick us up. They did not tell us at any of those times that our car we booked was not available. An unmarked Toyota Corolla picked us up at Terminal 3 near the door marked 3G. We were taken down a back alley to their facility and when we entered we were then told that no car was available and that they were ‘overbooked’.

Pros: The service was great, exactly as advertised, I got a brand new car. It was really filthy though. but the agent offered me to either wait for it to be cleaned, get a replacement or get a $10 discount. So I was very satisfied with how they handled it.

Pros: They are a sham of a company. All of there Van fleet is old. The Van they gave me had 115,000 miles on it and was shaking. I was jumping lanes when it hit a small bump on the road. It was the worst experience and I am sure this Van will kill someone if they keep renting it. It would have definitely failed safety inspection. I took to the shop to get the inspection done, since it was Memorial day they were closed for Inspections.

Cons: They gave me a Van with EMPTY tank - it was saying 5 miles till empty on dashboard. In a new city I had to deal with this at 11 pm. When I returned the car next morning complaining how unsafe it was. They cancelled my booking but never refunded me for the Gas. I filled up the tank and it cost me $95. They said Kevin the owner is going to call me when he returns and process that refund. NO ONE CALLED. They stole from me. PLUS the $32 for the booking!!!!!!

Pros: Nothing really. It took 45 minutes for them to pick us up from the airport. It only took about 10 to get to their desk, and about 10 to get back to the airport on return. The return vehicle was much newer than our rental, but littered with candy wrappers.

Cons: The car we were provided had a primer black right front fender and bumper. It was damaged all around. I was in a hurry so I did not check the tread and sidewalls had fresh protectant spray so that looked good. At my destination, I found that the right front tire was bald, and all the other tires were worn down to the wear bars. The windshield wipers were splitting and barely cleared the windows. If there had been significant rain, this vehicle would have been too unsafe to drive.

Pros: Kevin was very friendly & efficient

Cons: Discovered the door locked when I went to return the vehicle however Kevin was inside. Was later informed that he had just returned from dropping off a customer to the airport. Think they need a backup person to take care of customers. What happens if you're running late, think the office is closed or they get into an accident when dropping off a customer? Not good business practice!
