Exer is a car rental company based in Athens, Greece. The company since its founding has expanded to operate as a franchise-based company in multiple other countries.
Operating in numerous countries that are popular tourist destinations, Exer can be found on both sides of the Mediterranean as it has a presence in Morocco, Cyprus, Malta, and Greece. The company also has franchises in Albania and Serbia.
DiscoverCars.com’s customers rate the company quite highly, particularly in its home market of Greece. The company won our 2024 Excellent Car Rental Service Award for Kalamata Airport, Karpathos Airport, Kos Airport, Lesvos Airport, Paros Port, Skiathos Airport, and Zakynthos Airport. It also won the award for Paphos Airport in Cyprus.
In Greece, Exer is a raw car rental company that allows its customers to take their vehicles onto ferries. Customers must get permission from the company in advance and pay an additional fee. Exer doesn’t allow this for its locations on Corfu and Crete, though.
