Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Did not realise the pick ip location wasn’t the airport. I probably missed that in the small print!! Had to wait 20 minutes to be collected to get taken to where the office was. Sat outside waiting in the heat. Got to office to be told AMEX was not allowed for deposit and had to pay €10 per day for insurance. Water needed topping up in radiator, passenger window worked intermittently, all voice controls in Japanese. Then charges €25 to bring car back before 8am! NEVER AGAIN!

Cons: Car was quite modern and in good working condition, but had some damages (not affecting performance, an was clearly pointed out and noted by Exer). The only thing I would have expected was a bit cleaner inside since it was very dirty.

Driver requirements

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
