Cons: Our flight ran late, which led to us arriving past the time someone was waiting for us at the airport. I called the number on our receipt for help, who stayed Exer is contracted with Discover Cars, and that I’d need to talk to them directly. Unfortunately, the only way for us to do this was via email / message. Never ended up getting the rental car, and paid for a different one with an on site rental company.

Pros: Good service. Full insurance covers mirrors, under the car, etc. Other rental companies are not as clear as discoverycars regarding insurance and excess amounts..

Cons: Do not have WhatsApp. Called 30 minutes before going to airport to see that someone is there to pickup car. Full excess is not full. If something happens still 500 euro to pay.

Pros: Nothing at all keep away

Cons: Not convinient not helpfull very rude very umleasant experience. The worst car rental company ever since they did not deliver the car to the airport and gave false excuses.they stole all the deposit and let us with no car at the end of the day allthough they said they had another car to replace.keep away!!!

Cons: Extremely difficult to collect car, difficulty with dropping it off. Cash only payment - despite being led to believe that payment could be made by card. We were greeted by an individual (after nearly an hour waiting, and over 10 phone calls to try to meet them) who had no means of making a card payment. The car was left in an extremely difficult and dangerous position requiring a very difficult reversing maneuver onto the busy airport perimeter road.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 800.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU countries. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
