Pros: Easy to book, easy to access, ie pick up & return. Vehicle was clean and staff member was very pleasant and helpful.
Cons: Nothing wrong with the service. The price of the car was "up there", but then I did pick the weekend of the music festival when accommodation and car rental was at a premium, & lucky to get either.
