Cons: 對於 EZU 公司的租車服務本人非常不滿，看到留言的人就不租賃 EZU 公司車輛。 本人 21.3.2024 在皇后鎮機場到步，隨即電話聯絡 EZU 公司機場接送服務，初時還感覺良好，因為隨 call 隨到。 但在取車及驗車過程，EZU 公司的職員態度非常差。首先職員安排一部很差的 7 人車給我們，車輛完全沒有清潔，車身和車內座椅都非常骯髒，我們要求換車，但職員表示沒有其他 7 人車，還晦氣說，如果我們不要，可以免費取消，但如果我們取消，那處可以再租車呢！實情是威脅。 在爭論的時候，有一輛剛剛清洗完車身的 7 人車返回公司，我們隨即選擇這輛車，而這第二輛車在清潔上比第一輛車稍為好一些。 後來發現第二輪車的車箱內照明燈壞了，我們再要求換車，職員表示因為車輛設備有損壞可以更換第三輛 7 人車，這刻我們真費解職員初初表示沒有其他 7 人車。 但是第三輛 7 人車比第一輛差很多，車輛殘舊和更骯髒，我們不要，職員隨即惱羞成怒謾罵我們，表示我們要求很高，令他很煩惱，最後我們不想耽誤旅程，就只有選擇第二輛 7 人車。所以本人對 EZU 公司的服務感受非常差，絕對不推薦給他人。

Aftermarket electronics all Japanese, staff said "sorry some vehicles are in Japanese, nothing we can do to change that". Never used the radio, no idea how. Had inside of windscreen washed extra and using a damp small rag and 2 Kleenex tissues for the job did got the result you would expect, terrible.

Waited there until I saw the EZU van, which went over to the transfer lounge (where I was previously). When approached the vehicle, was told to hop in. No check in upon entering.

Cons: Closer to the end of our trip one of the front tyres blew up at 100 km/h. We were lucky to escape this situation without any further troubles or injuries. The reason for that was completely worn-out tyres (see photos). We still wonder how it was possible to get WoF with tyres like that (WoF is due for commercial vehicles every six month). Should we additionally mention that windscreen washer was empty and we discovered that at the very inconvenient moment.

Cons: the customer service was non-existent. The hidden costs were not properly explained, and very hard to understand due to the poor spoken English. The outside of the car had not been cleaned and was not in good condition, but we were advised if we didn't return it clean, we could be charged up to $200! On top of the overpriced ren fee and $1000 bond! I had excess cover through my travel insurance and find $1000 bond excessive for the car that we received.

Cons: Your fleet of cars are old - scratches and dings everywhere, minor cracks on the window... It made me question my safety when I picked up the car. For the price I paid, I expect the actual car I booked (Kia Sportage) and baby seat that is branded.

Pros: No agent in airport to meet as described No signage for this particular company - when we located the shuttle bus the rental office is over 4 km from the airport - cars are old and not looked after - drivers are informed they must wash the car before returning if dirty - drivers informed they must take photos of all damage to the cars which was significant to avoid paying damage on return - only one small mini bus operating which could not accommodate all passengers with luggage -

Cons: Price was a bit high compared to other car rentals I have used. Perhaps Queenstown is more pricey. More importantly, there is not a counter inside the airport for EZU which is a bit annoying and confusing and we had to asl another car rental company how to get to EZU.

Cons: Would not lift our bags into the pick up car, The rental had never been cleaned, still had personal effects from previous people!

With screw....then argued with me saying they were fine to use... (which Is not the case) .not the car we ordered and the state of the outside and inside of the car was disgusting... when I mention

Pros: The car was the worst car I have ever hired. The outside had dents and scratches on every panel. The front bumper bar was hanging off! The inside was horrific! it was dirty and very old. The back seat had hair all over it and had odd stains on it. The car had over 200,000kms and was the worse car I have ever driven.

Cons: When we discussed the damage, they simply said "its not your car, get over it"

Pros: Ad the vehicle available that was needed for our group.

Cons: We had to get the AA out to check the car as the car wouldn't start. Fortunately we were in a city, but next stops would have been more remote with no cell phone access in a number of places. Turned out it needed a new battery and maybe should not have been rented out with this, as it was an old battery and there was no check or service noted on it.

Cons: It was not the car we thought we would get when booked (Kia or similar) The Nissan was quite rattly and not very nice to drive. Not great value for money. The small portable office was incredibly hot to stand around waiting in and on pickup staff were not very friendly.

Cons: We dropped the car off at Christchurch’s branch and one of the guy was having lunch and we asked about the procedure of returning the car and he just brush us off and said he is on his lunch break. The younger guy who attended to us when he came back from sending customers to the airport was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Van in very poor condition. Called back after pick up and talked to Manager (Ian). Said there was no option to exchange vehicle, so we were stuck with it.

Cons: I rented the Alphard for family trip, this was the only option when I searched the family car for 7 people. But the quality of ca was the worst which was over 240,000km and the bad smell caused car sickness and even some covers inside the engine room disappeared. I'll never use Ezu Rental car again and strongly not recommend it.

Pros: The representatives were not interested about the dangerous situation we were placed in with the blow out and illegal tyres.

Cons: The cars are old, we got a 2007 MiniVan. Driving up steep slopes was challenging. Minivan inside seating was comfortable. Check year and model at time of booking.

Cons: Car was old, but OK. MAIN COMPLAINT - website says drop-off Christchurch airport 7:00-22:00. I arrived at 7:00 for 9:00 flight - office was closed, phone went to voicemail, which was full so no msg could be left. Dropped keys, left car. Rescued for terminal drop at 7:50 by kindly next door car hire place. Still waiting for reply to my email, 5 days later.

Cons: GPS was in Japanese, the buttons was also in Japanese and I didn’t know what to press and the staff didn’t even explain to us how to operate it. When accelerating the car it felt like there was no energy at times. Sometimes when locking and unlocking the car with the car key it would not work meaning I had to lock it manually. Also tried to unlock the boot with the car key button and that also sometimes didn’t work so I had to go into the car to unlock it. A bit annoying.
