Cons: Hidden charges (cleaning)

Pros: Car was deliverd without diesel. Car had a lot of check controls i was in stress all the way. Tyres in this car was absolutly too old and to much used to drive safe. Car was deliverd with damaged bumper and light on the front.

Cons: Office girl was not helping. On documents i had chains incloud price. In office i heard that i have to pay another 3€ per day for chains

Pros: Staff and the their amazing service.

Cons: took so long to rent the car, charged for cleaning the car (external) when returned

Pros: Services were ok. Not great, but is a low cost rental car so...

Cons: 1. We wait about 20-30 min until the shuttle took us... 2. No one checked for real the car... One door wasn't closing corectly, one tire was not well inflated... inside we found stuff that belonged to another driver...

Cons: The additional pricing for Golden Coverage if you pay by Debit card, 32 euros per day for economy cars.

Pros: The service was quick and efficient. The car was fairly new and in good condition.

Cons: The staff wasn't very helpful with regards to location of pickup and later transfer to the city (transfer is available only to the airport).

Cons: Car with issues (error on board) and underpowered. Nothing like ‘Elite’ that I booked.

Cons: Felirent could not care less, that my signed and payed! contract clearly stated pick up at airport exit at pharmacy. Instead very stressfull and 5-6 phonecalls to guide me around airport area as a lost dog. wasted 1 hour walking around while keep telling them they should follow the contract and come pick me up at the airport. They also did the usual scammer and hustler credit card scam, asking an xtra 32 euros a day, even though the full insurance was bought at discoverycars. Not recommended!!!

Cons: We were asked to walk to a near by pick up point which was not convenient as we had lot of luggage and kids. We had to wait for 30 mins in scorching heat as pick up arrived late. We further had a delay in pickup at fièrent office. The agents dint have any knowledge or time to answers questions regarding the car. The car had a dent and the fuel tank was almost empty . Also ad blue wasn’t filled and I had to fill in during my trip

Pros: Very nice and almost new car. We got the one we ordered.

Cons: They picked up us and drop us far from the terminals, about 1 km. we had a baby, 3 bags, 1 car seat and baby carriage with us. It was very difficult for us to go so far to come to the transport cars and go back to the terminals from where the dropped us. Otherwise everything was perfect

Pros: Great company! The agents are great, we pick and bring back the car very quick, and the car was very good - it was new, clean and full of extras! I will use this company again for sure!

Pros: Quick, efficient and without any problems!

Cons: The only thing I can point out was the English proficiency of the employe during the drop of the car. The pick up guy spoke good English, but the drop guy was very difficult to understand without turning to hand signals. But hey… it’s Italy.

Cons: First thing that the company checked when I returned the car is the clean if it not shining you have to pay, they carsed us & shouted as animals. The worst experience I have ever had

Cons: I paid the entire rental amount in advance. I had a delay in my flight and Felirent did not agree to wait for me to collect the vehicle. I find this dishonest. I wasn't giving up on the rental, just asking for more time to withdraw. After all, I was already losing paid rental hours...

Cons: the car was delivered to me dirty, it is also true that it was raining in those days but it was not washed outside and they said so too. the window washer fluid was missing, furthermore the car didn't have a full tank and at least 8/12 euros of fuel was missing upon returning the car they tell me but the machine so I have to charge you for the cleaning costs, with video in hand I showed them that it was delivered to me dirty, the mats were not even very clean I had to shake them both

Cons: Awfull experience. Whey you choose economical car it doesn’t mean worst condition car. The car that they assigned, is full of damaged, full of stains on the chair. Worst thing is they gave blown out tire. They didn’t assist to repair it. They ruined my trip. I could write more but no need. When they give the key of the car and they don’t come next to you to check the car, be careful. I assure you that something bad will happen. Plus they say tranquilo.

Pros: Guys were really friendly and helpful they offered us a bigger car because we were five without extra charge. Also they gave us full information about tools and parking services.

Pros: I liked that you could communicate with them through WatsApp and not spend your expensive roaming service. The agents spoke English well and picked me up from the airport to take me to their office/car pick-up location. It didn’t take too long to fill up the paperwork. Instead of manually filling in a protocol on the car’s condition with the agent, they just ask you to make a video of the car all around, which os great because renters do it anyway, only here the tedious part is skipped.

Cons: I had to wait a little over half an hour to be picked up at the airport, but it was a busy day. The agent was very nice and stayed in touch via WatsApp. I expected there might be a wait due to customers returning cars late, so not too bad really.

Probably could offer a little more clarification with the documentation, as many signatures required and not time to understand blueprint regarding responsibilities and liabilities. However in my case the car was returned in the same state it was hired so no complications.

Cons: I was expecting Meet and Greet on Arrival at Airport you would be met picking car up at Airport not met and then taken back to an office 2km away and same coming back you have to find your way back to office to drop off the car then taken to airport by one of staff, The office doesn't open till 8 O'clock in morning and we had an early flight so we rang the office to say this and was told to leave the car at the Gate of office and get a Taxi to the Airport.

Cons: The child seat ended up costing twice the price we paid to rent the car for a week. Which we found extremely expensive. You can actually buy your own brand new child seat for that money.
