Pros: Super collaborative, supportive and quick. Also, a great car(new Peugeot 2008). Would recommend it to everyone.
Cons: Some attention needed: trunk smelled a lot like dog (this was quite annoying, as it went straight to our clothes); unballanced tyre pressure (not a problem, I fixed); not enough ADi Blue (not a problem, I fixed and refund was quick and without questions + with an apology for the inconvenience).

Pros: Riconsegna rapida per avere fortunatamente incontrato un addetto di Felirent, ma mancanza completa di indicazioni per ritornare al parcheggio
Cons: Mancanza di indicazioni per raggiungere l'ufficio, comunque mal segnalato e non evidente. Al ritiro nessuno dei tre addetti presenti in ufficio (senza altri clienti dopo di noi) ci ha accompagnato al terzo piano del parcheggio dove si trovava l'auto, che abbiamo dovuto cercarci in mezzo ad altre centinaia di auto, solo dal modello (neanche il colore!) e la targa. Richiesta la riconsegna di auto lavata (mai visto prima....), ma non era pulita al ritiro.

Cons: No designated area for Felirent cars in the parking area. Ended up getting a Fiat 500X instead of an Opel Corsa, because the tyres were dangerous. Couldn’t get out of the carpark becasue it had taken so long to collect our car, including 2 returns to the desk, that the exit ticket had expired, so now we had to return to the desk another time. Felirent had no staff member in the parking lot to guide us either at collection or when we were dropping the car back. Bad….

Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in Roman alphabet.
A driver's license printed in a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc.) must be supplemented by an official translation issued by an embassy or other authority.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
The excess/deductible will double if the theft or fire occurred in the following location(s): Campania, Puglia.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
