Felirent at Milan Central Train Station

Pros: The agents themselves were very helpful with everything in the entire process, really kind. Was easy to find and everything.

Cons: The pick-up speed took much longer than i expected (like 30 minutes) due to all the documents etc., (to be expected i guess, but i didn't expect it). The car's wheels and rest of the paintwork also were quite scratched and damaged. The one wheel specifically had scratches where the agent asked if i have a photo or video of it, to prove that i did not cause those damages. LUCKILY i recorded everything the day i picked up the car, and could prove that i am innocent.

Pros: Really no fuzz whatsoever. Booked through DiscoverCars. Came to Milan Central Station/Felirent office 20 min before closing and left 10 min later in the car. Nice personnel, a cleaned car that met our needs (not the car advertised, but still a 5+2) and no problems at all. The return was also really no fuzz and no unexpected costs were thrown upon me. Gonna use Felirent next time in Italy.

Cons: Felirent staff had no clue about international driving permit is allowed worldwide but they straight away rejected me even though i have driven in every country thru IDP. 2ndly they were furious as i got good deal thru discovers.com but in the end they agreed to give the car only on deposit of 2000 euro with additional charges 220 euro for unlimited mileage and cross country drive. PS i didnt got the refund yet as i m expecting to get it by end of January.

Cons: That they're scammers. They force you to pay for things that you are not warned beforehand. They didn't reimburse the full amount they need to reimburse. They tried to give us a car that was less of what we have hired.

Cons: When we brouhht back the car, we made a video of the condition of the car. 1 1/2 day later, they sent us a mail with a video with scratchs on the car. We checked our video and clearly there were no scratchs at all where they show us scratchs. It's a real shame because this situation really made our vacation unpleasant, and I still find it pathetic to have to endure a scam like the one they tried to pull on us.

Cons: The insurance: I buy a comple insurance from Dicover cars, but if I brought the same from Feliren, in case of incident, they yake monete from my card till insurance pay, whit insurance from Felicar, they don't take any money, on my card.

Cons: The car was missing required first aid kit and mandatory equipment for breakdowns on Italian motorways. The car had a few scratches and stained seats that I had to insist should be acknowledged

Cons: The only thing I didn't like that the contract provided was in Italian. So, once you have prepaid, booked the car and made plans it's hard to back off and refuse to sign, so they sort of leave you no option and all you rely on is the conditions provided by DiscoverCars.

Pros: We had a great experience with Erika in the Milan office. She was super friendly and funny and got us set up very quickly. Everything was quite efficient.

Cons: The only minor details were our car had no wiper washer fluid when we got it, so that should have been checked, plus the stereo didn't work, so that was a bit disappointing not to connect our iPhone for tunes during our trip. Plus the "tire" pressure light came on immediately as we started driving away so that should have been checked before the car left the shop. Other than that, the staff in Milan and Malpensa were great!
