Pros: We did not enjoy the experience and felt we had been ripped off.
Pros: Car in very good condition. Not too long to wait at pick-up or drop off. Fuel policy clear and straightforward.
Cons: Staff negative about additional insurance product we had taken out prior to departure. As with so many care hire companies wanting to try and sell their own extra insurance.
Pros: Very honest. Unlike Firefly in Spain!! Both people I dealt with when collecting and taking back the car were superb in every way. We had a brand new car which was a bonus and in very smart black.
Cons: All perfect. Discover Car Hire though could have put on the booking form where the Firefly office was and then we would not have been walking all over the airport ground trying to find it. It is quite hidden behind some other car hire offices
