Cons: Our plane was delayed buy the time we arrived, our car had been cancelled, even though we tried to ring the number prior to take off. No answer
Pros: Easy drop off. Didn’t try to argue about anything.
Cons: Car had extra damage than was listed. So important to make sure you identify the damage before you leave and take photos etc.. had to wait for person to come and agree the extra damage.
Pros: I did not have to wait long.
Cons: The lady was a bit curt wiht me because I did not take out their insurance. There was also damage to the car that was not recorded on the sheet and when I asked her to come out and look at it, she made it out to be a hassle. I still have not had any acknowledgment after I dropped the car off (I dropped it off out of office hours in a key box).

Cons: The car condition wasn't properly recorded with damage missing on the report
Pros: Nothing was outstanding
