Pros: The car was ok for the money

Cons: They charged me 50 Euros AFTER I had returned the car with a full tank and no damage AND had it signed off by their handler. Luckily I kept the receipt and sent them a scan of it together with my complaints and reminded them that unauthorized transactions are illegal. They have since said they will refund the money, but I could not trust them in future.

Pros: The first car we received was an older model and had severe brake issues that became apparent after driving for a day. The agents helped us to quickly exchange it for a new car at the airport. We were satisfied overall with their customer service.

Pros: Price

Cons: Lots of damage on the car which wasn't marked on the outgoing damage report. Guy at the desk was very blasé about it, but the guy doing the returns checks was very thorough. Don't sign the outgoing damage report before going to look at the car AND taking lots of photos.
