Flex To Go at Warsaw Airport

Pros: Terrible customer service will never use that company again.

Cons: Terrible service despite of calling agent that my flight was delayed they would not change time of pickup. Had to rent it again ( since original booking was cancelled) but than the agent stated she does not see booking in her system despite of a fact that I had booking voucher and reservation was confirmed by your company . Terrible customer service. Never again .

Pros: Initially very good rental price but offset by being coerced into taking £80 excess claim cover insurance I did not want or need.

Cons: They declined all 3 of my valid credit cards to take the rental hold deposit and told me if I didn't take their excess claim cover they would cancel the rental. As I was desperate I had no option so had to pay the £80 insurance and was then told all 3 of my credit cards were actually fine to pay for this... this was clearly done to force me to take their cover which I did not need as I had my own. Extortion pure and simple.

Pros: Perfect price, very well equipped car.

Cons: The car was given to me very dirty inside but the protocol said it should be clean. I had to the clean the car so that I am not charged for returning it dirty.

Cons: The Rep at the desk refused to give me the premium car I had a reservation for. ( I assume he wasn't happy that I got it at a discounted price). I was given a standard car instead. the premium car I had a reservation for was ready, the car I was given wasn't ready, I waited over 20 minutes for the car, and the wasn't even clean.

Cons: There was only one representative and four families waiting for vehicles. We’re waited about two hours and only to be told that our vehicles have been given away when we arrived at the desk. Our flight delay was 3h and the flight number was added to the reservation so I am not sure why the vehicles were given away. We were left with no transport and a stressful situation for 7 people.

Cons: when i got to warsaw the company jacked the price to 2000 euros plus 780 euros to take the car. that was not the price advertised and I never received the car.

Cons: The employee was not helpful, and I paid an amount for the car to confirm the reservation. When I arrived at the airport, the employee informed me that the car was not there and that I had to act and look for an alternative car quickly and for a larger amount.

Cons: Flex To Go car rental is a total SCAM. None of the employees want to go with the customer to the car, both when picking up and returning. That's why they charge astronomical amounts for alleged scratches. These amounts exceed the rental amount, and I guess that's what they make money on. Even though I have a video from the day I returned the car showing that there are no scratches, they still do not accept complaints.

Pros: Good price. I usually don’t take the rental company insurance because my credit card reimburses for any damage charges. But they included a full tank of gas and upgraded the car if I agreed to take the insurance. So the ~€70 I saved bringing the car back with an empty tank reduced the insurance cost from €18/day to about €12/day for an 11 day rental. Good deal for insurance though a car company which eliminates all worries about fake damage claims and speeds up the pickup and drop off.

Cons: "business hours 7.00 to 23.59" (on booking confirmation). As our flight was late (we landed on 2.7 in Warsaw around 23.35 instead of 22.30) we hurried up to arrive on time. We arrived at the desk at 23.55 and the receptionist told us it was too late, he had already closed the desk. We couldn't anything... He wasn't helpful or even comprehensive... Very bad !!! So we didn't get our car. We didn't have any other solution... I was waiting on this email to ask you to do something. It is unacceptable

Cons: Extremely extremely unprofessional. I had already reserved my car but when I went to the counter, the agent (after taking my license and ID) said that there is no car available and that I should try another company. I told him that I have a booking confirmation and I had already reserved my car but he was super unprofessional and just said that there was nothing he can do. Never renting from flex to go and discover cars.

Pros: Very professional service. Flex To Go agent was very nice, knowledgeable, had all the paperwork ready and completed our car rental within minutes. The car return was easy and return documents were emailed to me within a few hours confirming successful return without any problems.

Cons: That the office is open from Monday till Friday and if there is any help needed during the weekend, it's impossible to contact the office to get any advice (no line open 24h where you could call and get a help).
