You reserve a car and receive a confirmation of your reservation with price and when you arrive to get your car, the price is triple. You are basically left stranded at a foreign airport without a car being held hostage by the rental company. AVOID THIS SCAMMER

Pros: Only charge me twice on this same car 🚗 and insurance

Cons: Extra insurance little bit expensive, and I've been overcharged supposed to be €230 and they charged £230.

Cons: I travel with my partner I rent a car for us and I can’t pay my credit card becouse my partner was a driver and was his name joke .I not happy with this service I pay online for rent car and extra protection used my card and was ok. at the airport we got a supposedly great offer of €290, we were supposed to have a SUV, then when we went to the parking lot we got a Korean car, it wasn't a car look like an SUV

Cons: They chase me badly to buy their insurance , I mentioned that I have full cover online they were no happy , When I bring back the car I asked to inspect the car before I leave it and they said no. 2 people at reception refused to check the car mentioning I will receive a email next day. I received a dirty car and 90% full tank and I bring back the car same clean condition and full tank and guess what the email next day was to over charge me for not cleaning the car . Very annoying

Cons: They weren't there within business hours and when I tried to contact them, the line was unresponsive. When I wanted to get my money back, they told me I was late so it's my fault when my plane was delayed and I had no way to control that - I still arrived within business hours, therefore there should be someone there.

Pros: Nothing as we got charged more and had to wait for a car despite booking and paying for the car for the whole month due to incompetence of the workers at the desk.

Cons: Everything due to issues with having to pay extra and waiting for a few hours for the new car due to no fault of our own.

Cons: That I was asked to buy another insurance, even though I purchased one through Discover Car--They told me that the insurance was no good. So, why would anyone put that on the website?

Cons: The agent was very unprofessional. Offered me insurance which I did not want or need. When I declined he then used a scare tactic to try and convince me that I needed it. After declining it again he then lowered the price of the insurance. Once again I declined it. I have booked a Mercedes GLA or similar and I was given a car much smaller than that. Wen we walked out to the car we quickly realized our luggage would not fit. Went back to the agent and asked for a bigger non were available.

Pros: Best customer service i've ever had with renting a car, Szymon was very helpfull understanding and very polite! Gained another loyal customer! Grat job Szymon well done! Definitely will recommend to my friends and family!

Cons: The whole process is very shady and despite asking for an agent to come and check the car on the pick up and drop off, which has been rejected, the car was in very bad condition, full of scratches and dents that were not recorded on the report and now they are saying I have cause a dent on the door! How? The whole car was in ridiculous state. The agent was extremely pushy with the additional insurance and I felt threatened by him as he kept saying you should’ve agreed for it, now we can charge

Cons: Relentless pressure to buy the most expensive car insurance and unacceptable check in/out procedures. If you don't have full insurance they will do everything to coerce you into buying one that costs almost as much as car rental. I guess that's how they make up for a lower price. At pick-up/drop-off nobody checks the car in your presence, they inform you that they done/will do the checks and send you reports, so they can come up with any damage they want or of course you can buy full insurance.

Cons: The car wasn’t clean, dusty, minor first on the floor and stains on the inside of the windshield, no windshield washer fluid. The interior looked like it wasn’t washed after the last user. The exterior was clean.
