Pros: Polite and efficient. Good English. He allocated a good car. The car (Peugeot 208) was great.
Cons: He tried adding on extra costs for excess (we already had that specific insurance), for returning empty tank and for taking the car on an island! He said that the island thing was in the terms & conditions but it was definitely not.

Pros: Brand new car. Cheap tank refill service. Will book again next time! Best value for money.
Cons: Car tank was not full when I received it, but had to pay to refill. Not a big loss though. Had to wait in line for about 30 min to receive the car, but I guess that’s common with rentals. They charge you in advance for optional tank refill service. Weird.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
