Pros: They were very professional and kind at the desk. Our flight was delayed in few hours and they've kept the car for us. The car was almost new, 2000km. Was a flawless rental experience! Flizzr are actually ran by Sixt so the service was in a high standard.

Pros: Value. The car was excellent (only 6,000 km on the clock), and clean and well equipped and the price was well below the majority of other sites. WIll definitely use Flizzr again.

Pros: Efficiency of drop-off and the flexibility of the drop-off time change is superb.

Cons: The fact that the person who is paying for the car needs to be the #1 driver. If you have an issue with credit card and your friend is there who can also be a driver, but doesn't drive the car, your friends credit card cannot be used unless he/she is the main driver of the car. The representatives were nice enough to offer a working solution thankfully.

Pros: It was very user friendly, we spent minimum time in picking up our car. The staff were excellent, friendly and very efficient. We can compare this with about 5 rentals we have completed with other companies over prior years, and this has been the best. Also we picked up on a Sunday morning and we expected problems and had none.

Cons: There was nothing you could even complain about, they were perfect.

Pros: Not much. They offered a good rate for the 20 days rental, and explained the different country toll tags for us.

Cons: Didnt speak english well, argued with me about rental car category. Did not really want to do anything to help me. Made me pay double the price for an upgrade to the size of vehicle I reserved.

Pros: -They offer a car a full tank to return it empty with additional fees which was actually more efficient than to fill the tank by yourself. ( usually more expensive fuel rate ) -They also upgraded my car for free ( when they have the availability ) -Also they accept debit cards for the deposit not only credit cards.

Cons: -The deposit took about one week to return back which is quite long. -It was also written that there is 24h support phoneline but when I called them after 9:00 Pm there was nobody to answer me.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1000.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Road tax, Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Roman alphabet.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

Driver licenses from the following country(ies): China will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Roof rack, Ski rack, Snow chains, Cell phone, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain-Mainland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, San Marino.
crossing country borders is forbidden for certain car groups. Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Winter tires.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

During winter season (from 15.10 until 31.03) Winter tires are included in price.

Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge.
Additional information
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.

Winter tires are not mandatory in Hungary.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 30 minutes.
