Cons: Two hour wait in line to get the car. Very rude service, made us rent a car seat because ours wasn’t good enough for them. Car sounded like it was going to break and was scratched up.

Pros: Paid in full on Discover but Fox had no proof of it and Discover kept saying they were trying to reach Fox. So ended up double paying!! After at least 10 phone calls to Discover & Fox.

Cons: Had to wait too long in line. The price I paid discover cars was not reflected by Fox and I had to pay an additional $85. The car was in poor condition and the rear tire tread disintegrated and I was lucky it did not rupture. I had to return the car and get a replacement.

The car had problem with the key, I paid for a the battery out of my pocket because I didn’t have time to return the car because of my work schedule back to back and I was far from the rental. The key left me the morning when I had to return the car and take a flight to return back home. I left the car at the parking hotel(10 min from the rental) and took a Lyft. After I’ve explained all that happened to me they charged me 40$ because of that

Cons: The cost was not what I was quoted by discover rentals. fox added all these unwanted fees to my bill & I had to call which took 2 hours to get a replacement & it still wasn't fixed when I took the car back 5 days later! The car reeked of Marijuana and every time it set out in the sun, the smell intensified. Didn't notice it bad on pickup, but once we were on the road in the FL sun it took your breath away. Had to drive with windows down.

Cons: our car stunk like cigars and was very dirty inside it definitely wasn't cleaned what so ever. Smoke film on the windshield that I wasn't able to clean off it blurred my vision at night. Other than that the car was fine. With the Corona thing going on i would have thought the inside of the car would have been cleaned.

Cons: The rep insist and insist non stop with different assurance that she want absolutely to sell me. The client beside my rep told to MY rep to STOP. I paid at her. The refound me during m'y trip with the car and when I came back home, they took the real amount that I need to pay !!??!!
