Pros: Their shuttle driver was friendly. It was far from the airport but for the price paid it should be expected I guess

Pros: I got a decent car at a good rate

Cons: I fell for the prepaid tolls scam. I was told tolls ran upward from $20 each so I agreed to pay $90 for the week to cover all tolls. Realistically I probably used less than $20 in total. My fault, I should've used more common sense.

Pros: The SUV was clean and new

Cons: Desk person was slow and shuttles took awhile to pick up. Leave time to get to and from airport

Pros: Assistance from Asma the costumer service was great

Cons: If it was more buses from Fox to Aerport it will be great

Cons: The guy that rented the car to me was very rude. He became argumentative over additional fees and I had a receipt showing amount due at pick up was. "0". The store manager was as rude as he was and refused to look at the receipt I had. He backed his employee and his rude behavior. I would never go back here.

Cons: The toll charges were $12.99 per day but the agent implied it was for the whole rental term.

Pros: The dash had an error on, the car play was disconnecting mid ride which messed up the GPS, light of the knob shifter was working occasionally (mostly not working in the morning). Both front tires had barely any thread left, plastic covers inside the car were not properly installed and the wheel wasn’t aligned.

Cons: Daily toll price definitely not worth it.

Cons: I was unaware of additional fees that I was charged upon drop off. Statement shows MCO PFRC 10%, FL TAX 6.5% 6 Vehicle license fee, 6 Energy recovery fee and some sort of Surchrge. All added another $45 to my total. Not impressed.

Pros: Car was brand new and absolutely amazing as terrible as the sales agent was and waiting an hour for the shuttle without an apology or reason I cannot lie about the vehicle it felt like Elon musk provided their fleet lol and by far the best price even with the hidden/extra fees

Cons: The guy tried to force extra fees for unneeded things expect to pay 300-500 more unless you stand on business like I did and know your stuff they gona say discover insurance won't cover anything, your not able to rent from them without their insurance you can't drive in Florida without ezpass not allowed to pay cash at tolls etc

Cons: We were supposed to get a mid size car and instead received a Hyundai Kina. Very small. Only one suitcase fit in the trunk

Pros: Representative at the counter was extremely rude. We ended up with the $12.99 toll package for each day as she told us we needed it as tolls were everywhere. We ran into tolls on the first and last day so spent 12.99/ day for 10 days of not evening needing this.

Pros: staff that shuttled. The men that helped get the vehicle out and checked in. (I can't remember the check out guy, but Anthony checked us in). Kind, & helpful.

Cons: the lady at the rental desk wasn't very personable or helpful with questions (seemed annoyed by them). But she got us checked in and out the door).

Cons: Car was very old, 57,000 miles on clock, lot of damages to it. Stretches, doors bent etc. poor care.

Pros: We did not hire our car from Fox due to complications pointed out above. This was due to bad advise from the Fox staff member

Cons: The sat nav was out of date and of no use. Caused us anxiaty when trying to find our accomodation and in general. It kept rerouting us for no reason. Gave up using it and reverted to Google maps at a further expense. The wipers where broken and it rained. The rear bearings needed replacing and the sensor box was taped to the screen.

Completely lied to us to make us purchase the toll package for a total of $180 x 3 cars. We were told all sorts of untruths but as I have driven in the states in the last 3 years I knew it to be untrue. We had a grand total of $5:50 each car in the 2 weeks hire. Bad attitude from reception staff. All 3 cars my party had had bad bodywork and only one bit of damage noted on car paperwork

Pros: I was provided a complimentary upgrade which was great. I also like that they don’t make you purchase their basic car insurance as long as you are fully covered by your own.

Cons: I did not like that they tried to sell me on their gas making it seem as though I would not find cheaper gas than $2.88. However I found gas for $2.79. I also didn’t like being persuaded to purchase a tolls device when I did not need it. I’ve been to the same resort several times with routes that do not require tolls and the fox rep said there’s construction so I may be routed back to a toll road. During my trip I encountered zero construction. So just beware of what services you need prior to.

Incredibly dissatisfied and will absolutely never rent with them again.

Cons: The car was nasty!!!!! It was dark when we picked the car up. Once we got going down the road we couldn't see out the windows they were so dirty. My husband had to clean them the next morning before we went anywhere. The car had trash and water bottles every where, the back seat had lettuce all over it. The front passenger seat had a HUGE stain. When we returned the car we told them about the cars condition they couldn't care less. Now we have been over charged $141. No refund has been issued.

Pros: They are not consistent with prices. They offered an upgrade for $15/day to me and they charged only $3/day for an upgrade to me friend. They have is the car with 3/4 gas and then he wanted to charge because the car was not full when dropped it off, thanks that we save the receipt.

I typically use Enterprise and it takes 5 minutes to pick up rentals. Additionally, the vehicle was not very clean. Windows were smudged, greasy and had food pieces stuck to them.
