Pros: I thought it was going to be cheap; but in the end, it was MORE than if I had gone with the name brand company. So, I ONLY liked the car itself.

Cons: Everything was difficult, all communications were a challenge, especially locating the rental counter, pick-up, and especially drop off places. had to run to make my plane (and I'm 60 years old).

Pros: I always book my rental cars witn Fox online i booked a car online as usual but when i went to pick up the car they ask me where you will be taking the car i said out of state to Tennessee they said i cannot it never happened to me in past first time in my entire life so they refuse me and cancelled my booking and they said amount of $ 15.22 which i paid while booking online it will be refunded but as of 28 October I haven't got any refund so please look into it as my plans were shattered

Pros: They were pretty fast and car was ready when we arrived at pickup area.

Cons: They kept trying to add on extras at counter. We didn’t really know about tolls .. they suggested it was cheaper to buy from them and it was around 60.00. We never went through a toll our whole trip! Also every time you locked keep with auto lock the alarm would go off when you went to unlock Jeep. Horn honking !! Very annoying. So we had to lock each door individually every time we got out to avoid it.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, Surcharges.
Rate excludes
Many highways in USA - Florida are tolled using only electronic means.
All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads. An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
There is an additional charge of 12.99 USD per day for Toll pass / E-toll device.
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): USA. In order to pick up the car, international renters must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, International Driving Permit (IDP), telephone number statement (as proof contact number belongs to driver).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
