Upon arrival at Sea-Tac Airport, please proceed to the baggage claim level and exit the sliding glass doors near carousel number 1 or number 15 and walk to one of the two designated shuttle bus pick up areas. Shuttle buses depart regularly and will make a short drive to the Rental Car Facility. Upon arrival at the facility, please proceed to the Fox Rent A Car counter where a representative will assist you.

Pros: Really great service at pick up and drop off and they were great and helpful.

Cons: It was understaffed when I went for Pick Up so there was a line of about nine or 10 people and we waited for about 30 minutes or more. This was not the fault of the employee because he was going as fast as possible, it was just a long line for one person

Pros: My son found used needles in the back seat and scratched himself with it! Car was not clean on inside. Also they tried giving me a different type vehicle than I ordered until I stood my ground then they “found” one

Cons: Very long wait time to pick up car. About 1 hour waiting in line. This was largely due to the fact that each transaction took a long time. About 15 to 20 minutes per rental. Also I didn't appreciate the aggressive upselling tactics of the representatives. These likely contributed to the wait dragging out the rental process of those in front of me.

Pros: New car

Cons: Additional costs exceeded $167.82 (VLF, ERF, CFC and LORLC in the amount of $95) and I was sold unnecessary toll coverage ($13/day) although there are only 2 toll roads in all of Washington State and these could have been avoided. Car had not been cleaned after previous rental - dental floss and tissues in the back.

Pros: The rental agent was superb. The car pick-up staff was very helpful with car problems

Cons: I paid for car with GPS. The first car the GPS did not work. The second car required a navigation app on your phone for it to work. Had I known this I would have installed a navigation app. Most vehicles with navigation systems are built in to the auto and all you have to do is type in your destination. I felt that I paid additional for something that was useless.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, Surcharges.
Rate excludes
Many highways in USA are tolled using only electronic means.
All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
There is an additional charge of 12.99 USD per day for Toll pass / E-toll device.
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): USA. In order to pick up the car, international renters must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, International Driving Permit (IDP), telephone number statement (as proof contact number belongs to driver).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Insurance
The following insurance type(s) Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is (are) not included for residents of Canada, USA.
The renter can use his/her own insurance, but if this insurance is declined or the renter doesn't bring his/her own insurance, the following insurance type(s):Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) will be available at the rental desk for an additional charge.
Renters who do not purchase insurance coverages from local partner, and who have not arranged for other insurance coverage that is valid in the country of pick up, may be personally responsible to supplier and/or third-parties for damages up to the full value of the rental vehicle and/ or for all damages caused to third-parties and their property.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

A local renter is defined as a renter who lives within 150 miles of the pickup location and who is not flying into town with a return ticket.
The deposit amount for local renters is 500-1000 USD.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
