Pros: In the fine print it said I couldn't drive to a certain state so when I arrived I was unable to use car. This unusual situation , which Fix was the only crlar rental company that does this, was not communicated to me other than I'm fine print. Discover.com did not do the right thing and refund my money regardless that I never used the car. They took their money and ran.

Cons: Agents spent a lot of time in conversation, upselling features to customers while a long line waited. Pickup in the garage was chaotic and severely understaffed. I rented a compact but was told only a full-size SUV was available for me, even though there were several smaller cars in the garage.

Many highways in USA are tolled using only electronic means.
All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
There is an additional charge of 12.99 USD per day for Toll pass / E-toll device.
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.

The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
