Cons: I have been charged twice for this. First time I was charged $346.06 on April 18. This was later canceled and should have been refunded. I rebooked for $315.80. I prepaid $164.53 and I paid the remainder of $151.27 upon pickup May 13. I want my $346.06 back.

Cons: Didn't get the car I reserved. Agent was not at the desk when I arrived. The agent didn't return my ID and now it's lost. They don't respond to phone calls. The car had no wiper fluid.

In order to pick up the car, international renters must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, International Driving Permit (IDP), telephone number statement (as proof contact number belongs to driver).

The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
