Pick-up instructions
FOX is off-airport. Shuttle runs every 10 minutes. Upon arrival at the Orange County/John Wayne airport, please proceed to the designated Ground Transportation area located outside of Baggage Claim to the Center Island across from the Terminal Building to board the FOX and Payless Shuttle, followed by a short ride to the FOX and Payless location. The FOX and Payless shuttle runs during operating hours, and the FOX and Payless facility at the Orange County/John Wayne airport operates daily from 5 am to 11 pm.

Pros: Drop off is really easy, the staff is very friendly.

Cons: Pick up the car takes a little too long, car was not ready so we have to wait for a while. Front desk staffs could be more friendly.

Pros: Car was not clean, I told the attendant the car was not clean, he said we just wipe them down. With this virus, I was expecting the car to be clean and sanitized. Many scratches and dents on the car.

Cons: Only two attendants at the desk, stood in line for 40 minutes.

Cons: The car was pretty dirty on the outside & I asked if it could be washed before we left the lot. The attendant was short with me & told me it would be a 20 min wait & it’s clean on the inside so that’s all that matters.
