Pros: Scam.tried to overcharge me. When returning the car i was Scammed for extra which was not disclosed. They’ll try to Get cash out of you in any way possible. Do not use them and try using one of the major rental companies.

Pros: Horrible experience. I refused the car and was not refunded. It was a scam.

Cons: I contacted discover cars the same day requesting cancellation and a refund and I have not heard back.

Cons: because the guy from fun away company cheated. he said my card is not Credit card. so beyond the contract I made through discovercars.com , he requested me extra full insurance price 10 JD for each day. I said no etc, he said impossible. he is not doing good ethicaly and morally. later I ensured with my banking that my card is credit card. office far away from the airport and almost no mans land. left me with a dirty and etc car . he said hurry hurry. he is morally and ethically not doing good.

Cons: No fuel in car when picked up, ran out of petrol on the way to the petrol station. I returned the car with a 3rd of tank of petrol. So I lost money. Was given a car which had been in an accident that day. Bumper was slightly handing off.

Cons: Long time to pick up and drop off. Red brake light was permanently on indicating critical brake conditions. Fun Way said it is all ok and no problem however on the downhill the cars was shaking and brakes were not working reliably. We were also pulled by police and got a fine. It was all in arabic but from what I understood the car did not have valid registration. We informed car rental about the issue but they refused to change our car.

Cons: To be honest, I won’t never recommend this agency to anybody. The guy is an escroc he didn’t repaid me back and the amount of the car was suddenly (at his office when we would like to pick up the car) so huge.

Cons: Rude staff. And expect you to drop off car with an empty tank. So you will pick it up with the fuel light on and be expected to drop it off empty as well. So i would assume as happened with us that every time they get it returned it has more gas in it than originally. Seemed somewhat like a scam. Car was old and in horrible shape but didn't breakdown so that's a plus.

Cons: Thou, I had purchased the car's insurance from the Discovercars website he said, this is not valid insurance and scared us that if there is a damage you would be responsible and we don't care, we will charge the complete damage on your credit card and that stuff which was a bit threatening. We took another insurance from him just for the safety again which was really not necessary.

Cons: We had a flat tyre in wadi rum and had to pay 10 pounds for fixing it and, when we told fun way car rental about it, they didn't want to give us back the money, we really had to argue with them and they finally have us back the 10 pounds. The battery died and we had to way for it to be replaced

Cons: We needed to Pay extra for the insurance because the rental services were telling us that we only had a basic insurance! But I had booked it we a total insurance in total We needed to pay an extra 130 euro’s we think it’s strange that they needed to pay this.

Pros: This was my worst experiences in hiring a car ever, but at least my deposit was refunded in full without any fuss.

Cons: The condition of the car was terrible. The bumper had been damaged and screwed back on to the car. The tyres were bald and would probably be illegal in any western country. The most disappointing fact was that when we asked for a better car, we were told we could only get a decent condition car if we bought full insurance from the car hire company.

Cons: Car was a little dusty on the inside and the seat back pockets full of crumbs. The car also struggled to climb the roads in the mountain area and the AC needed to be switched on and off a few times to be effective. Also the car was not very fuel efficient.

Cons: Rent a car Re:Our first time in Jordan:- 1/ originally the supplier did not collect us from the airport, he ignored & did not answer our desperate messages. We spoke to a Jordan lady who phoned the supplier "Fun Way" to ask him to finally collect us, but was one hour delay for us & very stressful indeed.

Cons: The car stank of cigarettes, the driver was late to collect us from the airport and late to meet us for the return, despite making contact with them prior to needing to pick up or drop off the car

Cons: I get surprised that the agent requested deposit of 1000 JOD which is equivalent to 1500 USD. At the end the agent negotiated with me to pay full insurance amount if 15 USD per day. The experience was shocking

Pros: First of all nobody was in the office at scheduled pick up time, we waited for one hour. Car had empty fuel tank. After two days we lost brakes on the car, brake pads were worn out, then, we spent extra 6 hours dealing with agency and driving the car to the mechanic. We didn’t have pleasant experience at all.

Pros: Saddam was super helpful. The car was very new and clean. The pick up and drop off both went smoothly. Totally recommended.

Cons: Car offered in the category booked was completely unacceptable. Dirty, 200k miles and in horrendous conditions. We had to accept a basic car instead, but newer.

I had to pump air into the tires as one tyre was almost flat. The car had high mileage, the suspension was noisy on bumps, the engine had problems on the climbs.

Cons: They didn’t provide me with the car I chose on the website or other car with same category, they gave me a lower category saying that car is not available. The staff are not very nice, they frighten me to pay extra for insurance saying that ill pay 2000 JD if i get any scratches, and they claimed that i got a speed fine at the drop off, but after checking the website it was an old fine.

Cons: Not meet at the airport as advertised, waited 30 mins for pick up then offered the wrong vehicle type and had to wait further 1:30 hours for replacement.

Pros: The team was very friendly and welcoming. They stayed at our disposal and answer quickly to our enquirers . The drop off was really fast The rental agency is not directly at the airport, but they contacted on whatsapp giving us the directions. Good customer service

Cons: Unfortunately we had to wait over 30 min for being picked up. We have been asked for further 40JOD for the fully insurance, despite we purchased it online with discovercars. We payed 20JOD for a GPS which wasn’t working (we ask for a reimbursement)

Pros: The price was good which was the main reason for picking this company.

Cons: I’ve rented cara in Amman since 2019. This is definitely not the best one I ever rented. It came with a spare tire with 3 punctures which I had to go and fix. They did agree to reimburse me. The car also came with an empty fire extinguisher and shock absorbers which are overdue to be replaced as they do not absorb shocks very well. I would use the company again but would check these things before taking the car.

Pros: We arrived after midnight at 02:50 am to airport but nobody was there at meeting point. I called several times contact number of the company but no response. I found some local guys at airport and asked them to call the contact number and he response but was sleeping and close the phone. Than after I try to contact with discover cars with the chat boat at website but also no help from any body than I called customer service of discover cars somebody picked up and I explained the situation...

Cons: Then he called me back and told that no response from the local supplier which I know. I asked for alternative solution but he said he could not find. Then after 3 hour which I struggle this early morning I take two taxi and went to hotel. Normally I was not planning to go Amman city center directly to Petra but because of that I have to stay one night at Amman city center.
