Pros: Service great, car great.

Cons: I would not rent again. I wanted to contract additional full coverage insurance and they don’t offer. Instead they give you a list of all damage cost. The minor scratch is minimum 200usd. Luckily nothing happened during my rental, but because of the lack of full coverage option and ridiculous damage fees I would not rent here again.

Pros: Helpful and efficient staff. Quickly replaced windscreen wiper that fell off.

Cons: Car was very old. Over 100,000 km on the clock. Passenger side windscreen wiper fell off while driving on the motorway during a downpour. Could have been very dangerous if it was the driver side wiper.

Cons: The collection took much longer than expected. No one was at the rental desk. Had to ring multiple numbers found on the desk to get hold of the rep. Apparently he was on his own and was also handling returns at the same time.

Cons: We had full to full fuel policy but car did not come with full tank. It was difficult to estimate how much to pump to return at half a bar down . At return, was told petrol was insufficient and we were given extra time to fill petrol and was told to pump MYR 15. This pumped to full so the company gained a full tank on return but gave us short when we collected. Have rented cars for many years from various countries , first time that encountering this situation. Dirty car , bird crap on door.

Cons: The car was barely roadworthy. It had done over 169,000 km, was covered with dents and scrapes, had a broken rear light and a frint sooiler atteached with string. Appalling.

Pros: The paperwork was straightforward and the agent delivered the car to the airport arrivals area. When we returned the car, the agent met us at the airport departure area and received the car.

Pros: Hassel and Fuss free handling and taking over vehicle. No last minute cancellation of bookings. Vehicle is clean and in good working condition. I can feel that it is safe to drive.

Cons: The petrol meter although show is full, but after I drive out of the airport, a few km later (less than 5km), the meter had drop 1 bar. This is not what I had expected.

Cons: There was a very bad experience i've to highlight. It's regarding the so called '24 hours emergency service' sticker on the car. I had a flat battery one night at about 9.30pm at Lot 33. Called the 24 hours line. However the guy was not able to help at all!. He told me it's "very late already" so not able to get staff to help me. N to leave the car there till the next day. I asked then what's the point of calling this 24 hours emergency help line when we were in an emergency??

Really not worth the money paid. HERTZ and its car provided better service when I rented from Penang in May 2022

Pros: The only positive thing was probably your staff attending to me. He was patient in explaining when retrieving the car. However, he took quite some time in reaching the departure hall when I’m returning the car.

Cons: The condition of your car (Perodua Alza) was atrocious! 1. The car’s body paint was damaged (doesn’t look good on the driver) as other people might think that I am a reckless driver. 2. The smell of the car was bad. 3. Most importantly, your car has a lot of cockroaches!! 4. Above 3 pointers let me feel that the money I spent for this rental car WASN’T worth it. Please do maintain routine cleanliness checks for hygiene purpose.

Cons: Price on pickup was more than advertised. Discover cars weren't able to rectify in a timely manner. Also complicated process for accessing toll roads in Malaysia, didn't explain it well at pickup. Car was 3 years old with lots of scratches and a stone chip on the windscreen. Battery died on day 3 and no one answered the 24 hour number. Eventually got a mechanic to fix it after 3 hours.

Pros: They called and provided clear instructions on where to collect car. Their rental fee was also the cheapest among all other car rental companies.

Cons: At collection, the fuel level wasn't at full tank. Although I just need to return the same level at return, it is practically hard to precisely estimate the amount of fuel I used during the lease period. So I ended up topping up to full tank for them.

Cons: Bad experience - almost could not get my car on the day i arrived at Penang. when i arrived at Penang airport, was told that the car i booked was apparently at the workshop and not ready for rental. finally got the car more than an hour after my original collection timing. the car that was provided to me was shabby and dirty - with lots of scratches, dents, and interior/exterior of the vehicle was super dirty.
