Pros: I rent car Venice Macro airport Galdierirent Only thing I do not like second drive fee is almost more than double fee than other rent car. Overroll car condition and price was good Specially Venice airport office Alfonso was great service and take care of us. Thank you Alfonso.

Pros: You guys charged me for a car I was not able to pick up, because you had not made clear I absolutely needed an international driver’s license.

Cons: Did not receive any documentation at pick up or when I returned the care.

Cons: My allocated car ( pre paid with full insurance) given to someone else before I arrived as my flight was over 1 hr late. Galdieri rent failed to tell us that this was the case we I rang to advise of delay ( once I had landed) and they arranged a shuttlebus to Venice airport. Once at their offices , told my car was gone and only car available was a very expensive large car option. As out of airport and late at night , felt no option but take the offer. Avoid Discover Cars and GaldieriRent

Cons: Nothing. There was honestly not one thing. Instructions weren't clear to pick up. Waited 45 minutes to drop it off and during the rental time, front passenger door didn't open fully causing injuries on several occasions

Pros: I was delayed just over an hour and they cancelled my full contract and wiped the £200 deposit I had paid. I then had to pay an additional £300 to re-rent the car - absolute joke and agents were useless. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

Cons: The man at the desk was rude and unhelpful, we was in a very hard situation and he told us that our car rental was then cancelled and then said he had nothing available for us, even though there was about 100 cars in the car park.

Cons: Gave me a car with engine light on, spend me an hour to replace another one but in lower catagory.

Cons: They charged us more money for the car insurance, although we had already paid a full insurance on discovery car. Moreover, they were not polite!

Cons: Collection of the car was really hard, stressful and disappointing. Obscure extended insurance coverage. A huge amount of unnecessary time wasted collecting the car. Pushing sales for another type of insurance, although already selected full coverage and paid in advance. Very disappointing service

Pros: Lady on check out was extremely polite and efficient

Cons: 40 minute wait for airport pick up. No warning on getting the highway pass for Slovenia, we had a €150 fine because the man on check in did not tell us. Instead he was rude and pushed €480 full coverage, he then dropped this down to €360 for a deal, where was he getting these numbers from? Not professional.

Pros: It's not clear that is necessary to have an international drive license and it was not possible to get the car. I lost money and time with this situation and it hasn't a phone number to call discover car.

Cons: I travel to Europe 6 times a year have never been asked for an international drivers license I was forced to purchase the full car insurance

Pros: Basically appalling. I called a number of times before they told me which shuttle bus I should get. I booked booster seats and was given seats for very small children.

Cons: Rubbish. I tried calling them and they had turned the phone off! I wasn’t told the car had to be cleaned before returning, and had to pay 30€.

Cons: Over 2.5 hours waiting for the delivery of the car!! The contract I was asked to sign on shortened the rent by a day (for the same price)!

Cons: Mostafa was being sarcastic about the car being clean on return. They expect a full car wash and vacuum inside on vehicle's return. Traveled 50 counties, renting vehicles everywhere, and never had to deal with this. As a "favor", he did not charge me a cleaning fee. I give Mostafa a 2 out of 10 on customer service.

Pros: Pick up point changed from what was on confirmation email. Pick up point beside ditch which had rats moving along side the ditch and path we had to wait at. Agent was up selling alot

Cons: 1) The fuel tank was not full at pickup. 2) The 3 insurance options were all overpriced. I purchased the cheapest and still ended up paying almost 3 times the initial rental quote (£252 paid vs. a quote of £89). Will not make this mistake again in the future and probably use another company

Cons: I think the discount “full to empty” was oversold. The price was 68 euros. Half a tank costed me 35 euros during our visit. The car wasn’t even quite full when we picked up the car.

Cons: Everything was good, but they charged us an extra amount for late pick up of the car. Ok, it was in the agreement, however it doesn't seem a fair practice.

Cons: Fine print states to bring a master or visa credit card. They offer to accept a debit card if full insurance is bought through them at an extortionate price. Indicating that the use of a debit card is generally possible. Cards on the second drivers name can not be used unless the second driver is changed to first driver at a fee of €25. This seems like a good old rip off. Especially considering it took her 2 minutes to change the names. Person at pick up was unfriendly.

Cons: You need to read carefully what documents/things to do in order not to get extra charge. If you follow the rules of the company, everything is fine. Had some trouble at pickup at the airport. My plane was late so I was not on time for the car pickup and the guy on the phone told me there was no car for me anymore.... Pretty bad first impression, but after talking a bit more we sorted things out and everything went smoothly afterwards.

Cons: Inordinate wait to collect the car - surely there should be more than one person dealing with customers? There was no liquid in the screen wash - probably illegal driving without being able to clean the windscreen effectively.

Pros: The young woman was friendly, fast and efficient. She gave very good instructions. The location was easy to find and close to the airport. We appreciated the free shuttle service to the airport.

Pros: Good value for money, much cheaper than alternative car rentals by a significant margin. The shuttle bus was efficient and only short journey away. Staff were friendly and courteous and we were impressed with the overall service. The car was clean and in very good condition.

Cons: It was a bit slow getting picked up by the shuttle bus and going through the paperwork when we collected the car but otherwise no issues.

Cons: They refused to take my debit card without insurance for the car, which costed double as car rental price. I know that it’s initial conditions, but I have rented cars in other countries without any problems. I had to pay because my plans were pre-arranged.

Cons: A litle confused regarding the insureance coverage for the car. We luckily avoided a hail storm in the north Italy out vecation period. But I was a bit worried about What would be covered in case damage on the car.
