Pros: Friendly, were able to change reservation on the spot, but took hours. Clean, nice looking car. Luggage space as advertised.

Cons: Didn’t realize until check in that and international DL is required in Italy. Huge fines or arrest possible if caught! Maintenance light came on shortly after leaving the office. Oil warning later came on—but wasn’t low. 2 lights were out. Office didn’t answer when we called to figure out what to do. Were helpful w finally the 5th call. Would have appreciated an orientation to the car — reverse and starting were tricky in this manual car, and car manual written in Italian. TG for Google!

Cons: The directions to courtesy bus are confusing if arriving at terminal 2. The directions only apply at terminal 1. It should advise you to get the free shuttle bus from t2 to t1, or, state a pick up location at t2. We spent an hour trying to sort out where the rental courtesy bus picked up.

Cons: O atendimento foi péssimo! Tivemos problema com as bagagens ao chegarmos a Milão e, devido a isto, demoramos a chegar à locadora. Quando chegamos, a atendente nos disse que nossa reserva havia caído, porque havia passado mais de 50 minutos do horário marcado para a retirada do carro. Resultado: tivemos que alugar outro carro, em outra locadora (Locauto) e pagar um valor absurdo.

Pros: The guy I spoke to on the phone was very helpful in arranging for a return during out of hours. He accomodated my request and didnt charge me extra for this.

Cons: The rental agency gave me the smallest car in the segment, though there were other cars bigger than what was given to me in the same segment available in the parking lot. The lady at reception desk tried giving me all possible reasons to avoid changing cars. For some car she mentioned they were reserved for other customers coming over the weekend (while I was picking the car on a Thursday). When I asked how does it make a difference if they're in same segment, she said they were out of service

Pros: Unhelpful overall. Lack of flexibility. My booking accepted payment through my Amex credit card, but they wouldn't accept Amex when I went to collect the car. I was left with a huge taxi bill, almost 3x the amount of my car rental of the weekend.

Cons: Non -existent service, I’d forgot my credit cards, offered to pre-auth my debit card for €1000 and they said no but if I paid €340 extra they could let me have a €48 rental. He even smirked when I said I’d forgotten my cards. At least 3 other people in front of me in the queue were told they had to pay compulsory high fees or they couldn’t hire a car. Read google reviews and most at complaining about unjustified high fees/charges.

And the main I didn’t get the car I asked they gave me completely different car I’d never choose

On top of all that, the staff was very rude. I want my money back

Despite arriving before they closed the clerk with ZERO customer skills refused to a) rent us the prepaid car, b) offer a solution c) offer a refund d) help booking a taxi. And this despite us having 2 very young kids. ‘You are lucky I am even speaking to you’ was her best line in broken Italian. Rate ZERO. The clerk then proceeded to serve someone else who showed up 10 minutes past their closing time as they had called ahead.

Pros: Customer service agent was rude and very pushy. I explained to him that I had full coverage, which would not accept. I also received a car with a huge dent in the side of it, and the door was hard to open.

Pros: They gave me 9 seater van where the side door doesn’t close and kept beeping the whole time.Due to this the doors were not able to lock and I had all my kids sit in the last row thinking that it will open up. The whole middle seat was empty.

Later in our rental realized it was only a 4 seater and had to rent a second vehicle to accommodate our group of 5 for 4 days. On return of the car I explained this to Galdieri and have not heard back from there with either an apology or compensation. All else was more than fine.

I was left stranded at their office where I had to get back to Malpensa to find another car which I completely overpaid for as it was last minute and I was desperate.
