Cons: When collecting the car the rental agent who served me was a little abrupt and dismissive when I pointed out that we requested a manual and were given an automatic although I could drive one without a problem

Pros: There were no delays on transfer to and from the airport to the collection point, the service in the office was more efficient than others I have used in the past (i.e. the damage report form was pre printed with every existing mark on the car) which avoided the possibility of an argument when returning the car. The car was also a later model then the average rental car I have been provided with at Paphos airport on previous occasions, it drove nicely and everything worked.

Cons: Aercar gave us low level customer service. Not kind, didn't explain the special traffic laws for the area. No complaints were taken seriously.

Cons: When you first fly to Paphos, you can't figure out where to look for a car hire at the airport. So I would have liked to have received a text message before the arrival of the prms, where we would be specifically welcomed.

Pros: Good value and easy to pick up car

Cons: It seemed the traction control in the car was broken as the light was permanently on regardless of the switch position. As I teach driving on a skid pan I know how much difference the traction control can make to the handling of a car and heading into winter this could be dangerous
