Pros: It was fine the car waited for us at the airport. Drop off was easy and quick

Cons: The category of the vehicle is not clear enough or the desk is not aligned but I specifically took a mini van category and got a normal size vehicle. There were charges on top of the contract that shouldn't have been.

Cons: When returning the car there was no one in the car return and no specific instructions as to where we can leave the keys. Eventualy we had to look for the key box in the office instead of a key box available in the car park where we parked the car on return.

Cons: I ordered a private car and instead I got a 7 seater minivan, the car was dirty from the outside and I had to work to clean the windshield, I was hoping for better service

Pros: I didnt like when I didnt got my local licence. (Forgot at the plane- gor returned day later) and the representative said that if I want to keep the car I would have to 25$ extra for each day. Day later I returned to the agency with my local licence and the agent said that he cant see any charge made by he's friend worker. I paid 75$ in cash!

Pros: Dropping off the car was great. No problems. The eventual car we were given was clean, and fully functional.

Cons: You did not deliver what you said you would at the price I was quoted. Your desk representative did very little to resolve the mistake your company made. I did not appreciate being held hostage at your desk after 20 hours of travel with four tired children in tow.
