Pros: FinCar were ok. But Discovery is hope less and pathetic. After taking huge deposit, not rec'd as refund yet You should learn something from Europe car management.
Cons: Reckless and brainless people, don't have knowledge to communicate with clients or customers. A. Not rec'd bill copy email B. Not rec'd Security deposit amount. C. Don't believe in sending trail email. D. Everytime new emails from new person. E. Very disappointed.
Cons: Not too easy to find the parking spot for GLOBAL at the airport.
Pros: Fast and easy
Cons: Was no parking spot for car, had to leave in another park then unsure if this was ok or not as it was before 8am. You need more parks
Pros: The car was warm when I arrived.
Cons: They didn't know how to instal the car seat. They left the car running for an hour before I arrived gas tank was already 1/8 empty. No reimbursement for this. After I returned the car, they charged me $200 extra dollars because I got covid and they had to "quarantine" the car. There was no notification of this, they just charged my card and I had to follow up myself to see what the charge was for. This was the LEAST PROFESSIONAL car rental I have ever experienced.
